About This Item

Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania: University of Pittsburgh Press. First Edition. Hardcover. Good. 8vo 8" - 9" tall. Another fine contribution to the Pittsburgh Series in Bibliography, complete in two volumes, being both Bruccoli's original descriptive bibliography, published in 1972, and the Supplement thereto, published in 1980. Ex-library copies with accession number stickers to spine bottoms, ink-stamps to fore-edges and first free endpapers, check-out pockets inside rear flaps, else, with uber-tightly bound, bright interiors, minimal rubbing to extremities. Handsomely produced in blue linen weave cloth over boards, black cloth-backed, and with uber-sharp gilt lettering to front covers, including over blocked black cloth label, and to spine. Black-and-white photographs illustrate the text, augmented with a frontispiece black-and-white portrait photograph of F. Scott Fitzgerald. Much bibliography ensues. Descriptive bibliography: xxiii [1], 369 pp.; Supplement: xvi [1], 3-219 pp.Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
