About This Item
First Edition/First Printing with no mention of subsequent printings (first printing requirement for MIT Press); a Near Fine book in a Near Fine dust jacket. An outstanding copy of this title by one of the pre-eminent economists of the 20th century (would have been awarded a Nobel Prize but unfortunately passed away; they do not award Nobel Prizes posthumously); this title quite scarce in the first printing and in collectible condition. This copy is in near fine condition showing only a slight lean to the spine, some mild offsetting to the front pastedown, and some mild fading to the lower board edges. Housed in a sharp and bright near fine dust jacket that shows only some light rubbing to the spine ends and corners, and one tiny blemish to the front panel, else fine. Not remaindered, not ex-library; in a fresh Mylar sleeve and will ship carefully wrapped in a sturdy box.
