About This Item
Sacramento, California: Excalibur Products. Staplebound. Good. Oblong staplebound booklet 23 x 15,1 cm., 24 pages. Includes operating instructions, recipes, techniques (like dried fruit and jerky). No names, no marks, no stickers. Front and back cover are mildly scuffed otherwise in fine condition. Text has been printed on brown paper. Excalibur Products Company was founded in 1973 in Sacramento and bought out in 2011, based on the aesthetics I would place this undated publication circa 1979 (when my mother purchased one of their dehydrators which we used a lot for the figs from our garden).
