[Nantucket, Ma: The Inquirer and Mirror Pres, 1912. 46pp. plus photographic illustrations. Oblong 12mo. Original printed dark green wrappers. Wrappers faded and chipped along top and bottom edges and at backstrip. Contemporary folded circular laid in at page three, resulting in light offsetting. Contents very good. Fragile but good overall. Although uncredited, these essays on Siasconset village history were reproduced nearly verbatim from the writings of Edward F. Underhill, a noted real estate developer and promoter and Nantucket historian. A printed correction has been affixed to pages forty and forty-one. OCLC locates four copies. OCLC 8339386.
