About This Item

Pondicherry, India Sri Aurobindo Ashram, 1961. Paperback First Edition (1961); Second Printing (1974). Sparse, scattered UNDERLINING IN INK. Else, Near Fine in Wraps: shows only the most minute indications of use: just a hint of rubbing and very faint soiling to the pale blue-grey background field of the DJ's panels. The DJ has been covered with heavy clear plastic and both the it and the plastic have been taped to the book (the tape has left some residue to the front and rear endpapers. The binding is square and secure; the text is clean. Free of any creases. Free of any ownership names, dates, addresses, notations, inscriptions, stamps, plates, or labels. A handsome nearly new copy, structurally sound and tighly bound, showing barely discernible wear and a very minor flaw. Very close to 'As New'. NOT a Remainder, Book-Club, or Ex-Library. 8vo. (8.55 x 5.7 x 0.9 inches). 301 pages. Recorded by A.B. Purani. Language: English. Weight: 14 ounces. First Edition (1961); Second Printing (1974). Paperback: French Wraps [with DJ].
