Stuffed with fine reproductions in full color, printed on high-gloss paper, of the best paintings of Ms Dorothy Cross (born 1956), an Irish artist. Her Wikipedia entry summarizes her thus: "Working with differing media, including sculpture, photography, video and installation, she represented Ireland at the 1993 Venice Biennale. Central to her work as a whole are themes of sexual and cultural identity, personal history, memory, and the gaps between the conscious and subconscious." Still considered one of Ireland's leading artists. First Edition, First Printing state. Fine sculptural works and photographs by Dorothy Cross. Essays by Tessa Jackson, Paul Bonaventura, James Conway and Marian Dunlea.
