Binding tight and appears little read, no annotations or inscriptions - owner's name and address very neat to ffep; light toning to prelims, text bright and clear throughout. Retains tissue-paper guard to title page. Not an old library book. Photograph available.

Some terminology that may be used in this description includes:

Title Page: A page at the front of a book which may contain the title of the book, any subtitles, the authors, contributors, editors, the...
Jacket: Sometimes used as another term for dust jacket, a protective and often decorative wrapper, usually made of paper which wraps...
Shelfwear: Minor wear resulting from a book being place on, and taken from a bookshelf, especially along the bottom edge.
Reprint: Any printing of a book which follows the original edition. By definition, a reprint is not a first edition.
Tight: Used to mean that the binding of a book has not been overly loosened by frequent use.
