The very top edges of the spine of the jacket are a little shelf worn, with very slight light fading to the base colour here and there, but overall presents as VG/NF. The d/j is now in a new protective clear - removable - bookfilm plastic cover and looks Fine. NO Inscriptions, marks or annotations - and the d/j is Not price clipped. Oddly, given the English title - only the Introduction, the First and last Essays are in English, the remaining Essays are in French and German.
