About This Item

Taschen GmbH, 1995 A thoroughly enjoyable example of erotica from this fearless publisher, and it is becoming hard to find. Dare one say this also has a stiff card cover, and the enclosed postcards are all on firm postcards too. They can be removed from the binding and used as cards; if one dares! It would be a bit chancy to send such explicit images in the post. The thirty facsimile cards provide a chronological look at the universal art of erotic images. All are safely still in their binding here. Clean and utterly charming, if that's the word. Some might find this Taschen collection way too naughty of course. It is time - now that taboos are gradually easing - to do justice to these extraordinary depictions of humanity at play. We all do it, and here is a large collection of people from all over the world doing just that. All cultures from all over the world are represented, and they demonstrate the universal art of LOVE. As Molly said at the end of Ulysses, 'YES!'. Soft cover. Near Fine.
