Second revised and enlarged edition. xx, 134pp, colour frontispiece, 78 black and white plates (237 illustrations). Cream pictorial paper-covered boards, black illustrations and titles on front, black titles on spine. 4to. A large and heavy volume which may require an additional charge for overseas delivery. Lightly rubbed and bumped spine ends, paper wearing through, moderate soiling and staining to spine cover and boards, corners rubbed, paper worn through. Text block edges tanned. Endpapers and prelims tanned, starting to fox. Hinges cracked and stretching, volume loose. Internally pages are lightly tanned at the margins, otherwise a neat, clean, bright and tight volume.
