Slight folding of dust jacket edges, not price clipped. Illustrated with black and white photographs, with additional work in colour. Excellent condition. fine Plazzotta was known for his energetic, figurative sculptures. He based his work out of London, but continued to work in a particularly Italian classical style. His most noted sculptures include the Leonardo da Vinci Monument (1982), which may be found in the Birmingham Museum of Art. The catalogue is the work of his children, who have assembled a restrospective of his sculptures and addtional sketches. Also included is a detailed list of major comissions and exhibitions. Warmly inscribed by both authors. 1986
