NY: Knopf, 1922. First Edition. 8vo, pp. xi, 149. A little foxing, cover somewhat worn, o/w VG. Orange boards, printed with red cobbled pattern, red spine label, printed inblue. In the binding the bibliographers describe as "variant" and "not seen," but which is actually the common, primary binding for this book. Leaves 93/4, 97/8 and 133/4 are cancels, on tipped in stubs, as usual on even the earliest presentation copies (status not addresssed by the bibliographers). Spine label very faded, very good copy. Higginson & Williams A7a.
