1st edition, published by J. M. Dent & Co. in London, and E. P. Dutton & Co. in New York. Hardback. In fair condition. Ex-library copy with the resulting number of stickers and stamps. No dust jacket, and the hardcover is worn slightly around the edges. The inside pages are rough cut with some tanning and light foxing visible. The top edge of the inside pages has also been gilded gold.
