Brown cloth binding with gilt titles to spine, clean and unmarked, solid, square with sharp corners. Slight lean to spine, about 10 degrees, otherwise Fine. Internals clean, no marks, no creases. B/w illustrations. Front jacket shows: View of London from the Tower, miniature from the 'Poems of Charles, Duke of Orleans', illuminated in the late fifteenth century. Jacket is unclipped, has slight wrinkling along rear upper edge, and a light streaking in the rear lower corner. 266 pages with Notes, Bibliography and Index. 5.5 x 8.5 inches. St. Martin's Press, New York, 1979.
