Acknowledgements, The Age of Murder, an introductory essay by Colin Wilson, select bibliography classified index and name index. The text is illustrated with black-and-white photographs. Red coloured textured cloth covered boards with gilt coloured titles to the back strip. Photographic dustwrapper with blue, white and red coloured titles to the front panel and red, white and yellow to the backstrip. In this book the author's look at murders and murderers from the period 1962 to 1982. Inserted loosely into the book are newspaper clippings about particular murderers. Rubbing of the book edges with light age toning and foxing of the text block edges. Age toning of the pages with foxing to the end pages and a little scattered throughout the pages.
