Original textured blue cloth, gilt titling to the front board and the spine, all edges gilt, cloth slipcase. The book is in excellent condition; the slipcase is lightly rubbed. This is the de-luxe edition, limited to 250 copies (this copy is number 237), and signed by the author. With coloured frontispiece, 64 superb water colour illustrations, and 5 maps. - 'The author visited 32 coastal locations from the centre of Britain, he planned and executed a series of journeys, capturing places he visited in water colour, and telling of the places and some of the people he met.'
