About This Item
New Directions, 1974. First edition, first printing. Quite a find. One of the good doctor's finest book of essays fully signed by his wife Florence Williams and dated March 1, 1975 on the opening flyleaf. This collection smartly edited by and introduced by the poet Ron Loewinsohn. Fine bright brown boards with gilt titles in very close to fine dust jacket with no tears or rips and with clean text. A very handsome copy plus the signature. A dear association copy.
