The dust jacket is in good condition with just minimal wear. 1959 book with 313 pages. The book is in very good condition but does have some yellowing on the inside front and inside back covers. Inside content pages are very clean. This book also contains a separate glossy picture of a bird's-eye view of 1875 San Franisco.Good
