Previously published in Germany. 238 pp., 68 color plates tipped-in (many folding), b & w ills., bibliography, 4to, green cloth with gilt titles, illustrated slipcase. No dust jacket, as issued. Nearly Fine text with small, neat owner's stamp, light wear. Slipcase is a bit worn at edges but fresh, strong and square. Very large, heavy book, so additional shipping cost required. PLEASE ASK FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE BEFORE ORDERING.
