Dodd, Mead & Company, January 1899. Reprint. Hardcover. Collectible - Very Good/Very Good. Blue unclipped wrapper with picture of Elsie on the front. Black text on cover and spine. Blank flaps, front and back. Wear to the spine of the jacket. Water stain on the spine, causing a loss of shine to the maroon cloth on the spine of the book. Maroon cloth covered boards with The Elsie Books design blind stamped on the cover. The front cover is beautiful and glossy with gilt text on the spine, bright and clear. Top corners bumped. Inscription on front endpage, dated Dec. 25, 1929. Last title listed is Elsie and Her Namesakes. A beautiful book.
