Original yellow cloth binding with bright title on the unfaded spine. No edgewear and very clean and tight inside. No prior owner marks, no browning or stains or foxing. Dust jacket has some wear and wrinkles and is price clipped. The author grew up in India forests, the daughter of a Forest Officerat what is now Corbett national Park. This is a return to a Sri Lanka forest that was like her native habitat. .
