About This Item
1971. First Edition. Hard Cover. Dust Jacket. (New York: Hardcourt Brace Jovanovich 1971). First US Edition. Publisher's black quarter cloth with red titles to spine and yellow paper over boards. With the typographic dustwrapper priced at $6.95 (as called for). A near fine copy in like dustwrapper with just the merest hint of fading to the fugitive red lettering to the spine (but certainly a lot less faded than normally encountered). A nice copy. A selection of 11 out of the 13 stories printed in Deighton's 1971 collection 'Declarations of War.'. Looks very smart in its Brodart. Photographs/scans available upon request.
