London, England: London, UK: Longmans, Green and Co., 1888, Tenth Edition, 1st Thus, Revised and Enlarged , 1888. ----------hardcover, about 4.75 x 7 inches inches, a solid clean Very Good copy, quarter bound leather with marbled text block edges, some browning to the spine, some pulls, nicks and rubbing to the boards and leather, 509 pages, on the verso of the front board is a presentation plate from Miss Dorothy Unwin in memory of the late Dr William Cawthorne Unwin, dated July 1933, WC Unwin lived the last years of his life with his cousin Dorothy, this may have come from Unwin's personal library although there is no indication of that being so (it just seems natural that Miss Unwin would have disposed of WCU's library who had died in March 1933 ), it is likely that Unwin had these bound, a nice copy, any image directly beside this listing is the actual book and not a generic photo///NOT SIGNED ---GUARANTEED to be AVAILABLE///.
