John Wiley & Sons, 1938. Hardcover. Very Good-. Near Very Good volume, with red flexible binding - all edges gilt (still bright). Stated Seventh Edition - Volume 1, with the Preface from 1906 edition at front. Includes surveying problems and typical cases. Illustrated with many drawings/diagrams/elevations, plus three (3) fold out diagrams - all in excellent condition. Damp stain to rear end-papers with wavy lower page edges due to this vintage moisture about half way through. Does not impact usage. Two small previous owners names to prelims. At rear are 87 pages of 'Tables". A tight text block. 717 pages. Hard to find title.Protected in a mylar slip.
