R F Fenno & Company. NY., 1909 Book size about 5 by 7 1/2 inches with some 127 pages including Index. Bound in dark tan cloth with front cover photo paste-on and black lettering. Spine lettering in black. A book in the publisher 'How Does It Work' series. No date on title or copyright page but Preface is dated 1909. Illustrated with photos and drawings. Book was published in New York but the Preface notes that much of the information was gleaned from English firms. An early look at electricity as it applied to Dynamos, Electric Motors, Heating, Lighting, Tramways, Railways. Book with a bit of scuffing along the top and bottom edges; corners bumped. A clean and unmarked book with undamaged hinges. VERY GOOD. Hardcover. Very Good/No Jacket.
