NY: Hurd and Houghton, 1874. First. Cloth. Fine. First American edition. Octavo in green clothlettered in gilt with black decoration and cover design in gilt of an Egyptian and camel at an oasis. 331 pps.. A tight, bright copy, all gilt bright; touch of waer at the upper edge of the spine and a slight abrasion to the rear cloth. Contemporary gift inscr. first blank. A very nice copy indeed.
