Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, 1999. Hard Cover. Very good/Good. Jacket is bumped and lightly chipped at corners and top and bottom spine edges. Front and back flaps of jacket are heavily creased. Bottom corners of fabric cover spine are lightly rubbed, but binding is tight. Inside is clean and unmarked.
