Oxford University Press; first edition, 1988. Very good plus condition. The jacket has (very) minor rubbing to top edge of spine and a partial and faint horizontal crease near the top edge of the front cover and the very slightest of small bumps to the top right corner. The boards are clean and bright. Internally, the pages are clean and bright and fresh, and tightly bound.
