About This Item
Cambridge: Cambridge University Press, 1935. Unclipped dustwrapper is discoloured with tobacco smoke and also has tears and creasing to the edges; the book itself still smells of pipe-tobacco. Green cloth-covered boards have minor bumping to the spine ends and corners, gilt titles on spine are still bright. Otherwise a good tight copy of this hard-cover book dealing with the educational system of England and Wales from around 1900 until the early 1930s. 256pp.. First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Fair. 12mo - over 6¾" - 7¾" tall.
