Article II is a speech by John Leach, M.P., on Limitations to the Royal Authority. Article III is related to mining; New Theory of the Formation of Veins. Article IV treats Liberty of the Press with wit and humour. Travels in the South of Spain (In Letters) by William Jacob, M.P.,comprises Article V. The sixth article is Burney's Tentamen, a study of the metrical remains of the dramatic poets. A History of Arithmetic by M. Peyrard comprises Article VII.
