In this travelogue, the British journalist, writer and educator, Edmund Candler, describes his experiences in Amarnath and Gangabal in Kashmir, around Nanga Parbat and Jawala Mukhi, and other places in Kashmir, India and Iraq. Very light rubbing to cloth, small hole to upper rear joint; offsetting to endpapers with owner's name scratched out on ffep; embossed 'Presentation Copy' to title page; lacking the dust jacket. A VG or better copy.
