Garden City, NY: Doubleday, Doran/Crime Club, 1943. First Edition . Hardcover. Dust Jacket Included. Author's first book, very good in a good dust jacket. Lower corners of boards bumped; the botton of the spine is a little discolored where a chip is missing from the jacket. The jacket has tape repairs at stress points and chips at spine ends, with some general rubbing and wear. No names or other markings in book.
