Top corner of title and preface page is missing and small tear to top edge of first seven pages. Covers are soiled and creased. Paper cover is torn at bottom front outer hinge and top back outer hinge and is missing sections at top and bottom of spine. Text still very readable. ; 7.20 x 4.90 x 0.25 inches; 94 pages .
