About This Item
New York: Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, 1972. 1st Edition 1st Printing. Hardcover. Fine/Fine. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. First USA edition first printing. Hardback book is very clean tight and square. Boards clean and sharp. Nice sharp spine ends. Text block has white edges, the pages are crisp and clean. Feels very lightly read. Fine condition. Jacket is lovely glossy and bright, with bold colours, and pristine white rear panel. There is very light rubbing to spine ends, and foreedge corners of the front panel. Overall a fine copy. For grading accuracy books are photographed without a protective book cover. This book is fitted with a non adhesive archival quality book protector to make a quality addition to your collection. Note we do not use stock images, the book pictured is the book described. A great copy of this first USA printing (BCDE and HBJ monogram to copyright page - as required by Currey), one for the Clarke collectors shelves.
