Mexico City: Self Published, 1961. First Printing . Cloth. Poor/No Jacket. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. 176 pp. Illus. with B&W drawings and maps (2 fold-out). Tan cloth with gilt lettering and illustration. The front free endpapers have been cut out and the cut continues into the title page and 2nd page almost cutting through them. There are library stamps and stickers, some pencil notations in the text and the hinges are weak. No missing or loose pages.
