The cloth has split along the left edge of the spine. Tight binding with no cracks and no loose pages. Nice interior - the pages are lightly age-toned, though clean with no notable issues found. Old name/address label affixed to the front pastedown. Name written in pen in old handwriting on the front end paper. Overall the book is in Good condition.
