San Francisco: Alan Wofsy Fine Arts, 1977 4to (28.5 cm), IX, 67 pp, p, 12 plates. Publisher's cloth. Reprint of the 1926 edition of a bibliography of incunabula and 16th century editions of Euclid's Elements, one of the most frequently printed book after the Bible. An overview introduction is followed by annotated lists of Greek, Greek and Latin editions of no less than first six books with demonstrations, editions in Greek and Latin of the enunciations, translations into current European languages and Arabic, fragmentary editions in various languages. The book is based on Thomas-Stanford own collection, one of the first of the kind.
