Bound handsomely in blue cloth, with sharp and distinct silver lettering to spine. Bright and shiny dust jacket, illustrated, showing only very minor wear, protected by a plastic coat, dust jacket not being price-clipped. Particular focus on the work and importance of Duchamp, Picasso, Picabia, Kandinsky, Cezanne, Delaunay and others from Europe and then American artists such as Dove, Hartley, Marin, O'Keeffe, Covert, Davis, Stella, Weber, Sheeler, and many others. Volume contains scholarly apparatus in the form of, e.g., notes, index, and bibliography. One hundred seventy illustrations in black and white in-text and another eight in full color, all being printed on high-gloss paper. vii [2], 2-324 pp. Member, I.O.B.A., C.B.A., and adherent to the highest ethical standards. Additional postage may be required for oversize or especially heavy volumes, and for sets.
