With a folder containing an original broadside dated April 13, 1839 and bearing an original proclamation by the Mexican government under the direction of President Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna. Publisher's quarter red morocco over red cloth, gilt spine lettering, black endpapers, matching publisher's slipcase. A very good copy.
