Tokyo: Japan Publications Trading Company, 1967. First edition. Hardcover. Very good+/very good. Red cloth boards in dust jacket, quarto [8.5" x 12"], illustrated in b&w. Book has mild edgewear to boards and spine, binding tight, text clean and unmarked with mild toning throughout, foxing to edges of block. DJ rubbed, has one tear to top front corner, now in archival mylar wrap.
