New York: H.C. Kinsey & Co., 1940. An Eastern girl travels to Arizona and ends up owning a bankrupt ranch. Ex-library with stamps internally and to the upper and lower edges of the text block. Lightly bumped and rubbed, rear hinge a bit loose. Jacket trimmed and affixed to a stiff paper backing with the flaps glued to the pastedowns. Rubbed with yellowed laminate on the spine and a tiny hole in the front. . First Edition. Hard Cover. Good/Good. Ex-Library.
