Includes chapters on the history and culture of this colorful and entertaining to many obseesion from ancient Greece and Rome to contemporary times. Illustrated with 146 b&w photos and illustrations + biblio. Small remainder mark to the bottom edge and there is a small faint (I didn't notice it when I bougth it) damp spot to the bottom corner of the back endsheet which is lightly mirrored to some pgs. Vg+/fine.
