About This Item

Chengdu: Sichuan People's Publishing House, 1990. Hardcover. 125p., texts in both Chinese and English, presswork on glossy alkaline paperstock, hardbound in 11x9 inch pale grey boards lettered gilt and enclosed in the dust jacket. The binding is a bit tight, causing multiple crimps at the gutters in most leaves (an aesthetic quibble, not a handling problem), dj has mild pressure marks and rubbing, all told a very good copy: otherwise sound, clean and unmarked. JiuZhaigou, the "nine valleys region", a remote area, largely untouched, with spectacular water and mountain scenery.
