Marbled paper covering on boards has many surface tears, scuffs and scratches. Inside second blank endpaper has ghost of photograph. Opposite sides of a few illustrated plates have varying degrees of bleed-through not affecting the text. Rear hinge is open. Text is clean and unmarked. . First Edition. Three-Quarter Leather. Good Minus/No Dust Jacket.
