Folio. xvii, 191 pp; illustrations, elevations, full size details of portfolios [13 plates], list of brick sizes, comparison of outline plans, glossary, index. Gilt-titled green cloth. VG, a clean, unmarked copy; slight dampstain at lower corner of front cover with corresponding waviness to text block pages, cover gilt dull, spine gilt obscured. This copy has been inscribed by Waterman for "Eppes & Bill Fahnestock, to mark the day that work was started on the restoration of Readbourne. Thomas T. Waterman, Corsica House, May 7, 1947." This book was originally in published in 1932.. Second Edition. Hard Cover. Very Good.
