Princeton: Van Nostrand, 1964. First edition. Hardcover. Very Good/near Very Good. 1st printing. 4to (286 x 214mm). Pp ix + 125 + colour frontis. Illustrated throughout in b&w halftone and line. Basic house plans and photographs by Norman Worrell. With 65pattern pages, 120 full-size patterns and over 300 project ideas. Blue cloth boards stamped in silver on the spine. Name and address of ownership stamped on the ffe else a clean, unmarked copy in a tight binding and unclipped dust jacket. The cloth shows a little shelf wear along the bottom edges. The dust jacket is a little rubbed at the extremities and has a closed tear at the foot of the front fold.
