Short 4to, original orange cloth with brown printed paper wrappers mounted onto covers (paper on front panel is quite tattered; spine ends somewhat rubbed. New York: Stokes, (1921). First American edition. Internally clean and tight but overall about a very good copy of this unusual book.<br/><br/>
