London: J.M. Dent & Sons Ltd, 1958. Hardcover. Small 8vo. Green cloth with gilt spine lettering, pictorial dust jacket. 277pp. Very good/very good. Jacket a bit edgeworn and rubbed, with chips at head and tail of spine; binding slightly edgeworn, though internally tight and bright. Nice first British edition of this fiction about a private sanatorium.
