Some tears to edges of translucent paper dustwrapper (a bit like tracing paper), minor bumping to spine ends of blue boards, otherwise a good clean tight copy of this hard-cover book. Volume 91 (XCI) in the publishers Camden Third Series, this contains the text of about a third of the Diurnal (journal) of Thomas Rugg (or Rugge) of Covent Garden covering the period from May 1659 to May 1661 (the journal goes on until March 1672), with introduction and notes by William L Sasche. The journal deals with events of the time, so the end of the Commonwealth and the Restoration of Charles II, but no personal details from Rugg. 203pp.. Hard Cover. Good/Fair. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
