Four scarce works on economics and politics by Jenő Varga (Eugen Samuilovich; 1879--1964) the Hungarian born Marxist economist. During the time of the Hungarian Soviet Republic he served as People's Commissar of Finance. After the fall of the régime he fled to Vienna and in 1920 to the Soviet Union and started working for the Comintern. In 1930 he became Stalin's economic adviser. During World War II he advised the Soviet Government in matters of post-war reparations. He attended the Potsdam Conference as an expert.
